in a legally binding way. Capitalized words are defined in the relevant dedicated section of this document.
The User must read this document carefully.

"This Website" refers to the website published at tagrecipes.com and the Service it provides.
Nature of the Service
This Website provides a marketplace and tooling environment for Google Tag Manager ("GTM") configurations. The Service enables Users to:
- Browse a public gallery of pre-configured GTM templates and recipes.
- Add gallery templates to a personal workspace, creating a recipe instance the User controls.
- Submit and upload their own GTM templates to the public gallery, subject to moderation.
- Install recipes from the workspace into the User's own Google Tag Manager container, by granting OAuth access to Google Tag Manager scopes.
The Service does not provide legal, tax, marketing, or compliance advice. It is the Users' sole responsibility to ensure that any tracking configurations they install, submit, or distribute through the Service comply with applicable laws (including GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA, and analogous privacy regulations) and with the policies of any platforms or third parties the configurations interact with.
The Owner moderates submitted templates and recipes for obvious quality and safety concerns but does not warrant the fitness, accuracy, or legal compliance of any specific configuration. Users install at their own risk.
What the User should know at a glance
- Usage of this Website and the Service is age-restricted, as detailed in the relevant section of this document.
- Some provisions of these Terms apply only to certain categories of Users (for example: Consumers, or Business Users). Such limitations are explicitly mentioned within each affected clause. In the absence of any such mention, clauses apply to all Users.
- The Service is currently provided free of charge. No paid subscriptions, transactions, or other commerce is processed at this time. When and if the Owner introduces commerce, these Terms will be updated and Users will be notified before any charges occur.
- Important: Consumers based in Germany and Brazil have different rules applying to them as described in the relevant sections of these Terms.
TERMS OF USE
Unless otherwise specified, the terms of use detailed in this section apply generally when using this Website.
Single or additional conditions of use or access may apply in specific scenarios and in such cases are additionally indicated within this document.
By using this Website, Users confirm to meet the following requirements:
- There are no restrictions for Users in terms of being Consumers or Business Users.
- Users must be older than 13. If applicable law in the User's jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age for the use of online services or for valid consent to the processing of personal data, that higher age applies.
- Users must be able to enter into legally binding contracts.
Technical specifications and updates
Users shall deploy common, current, legitimate and updated hardware and software in order to access and take advantage of the Website and the Service. The Service and the Website may undergo changes due to technical improvements and general technological progress.
Users acknowledge and accept that, unless explicitly stated otherwise, compatibility and accessibility of the Service or the Website with or through older, uncommon, illegal or non-standard software or hardware employed by Users is not guaranteed.
Users commit to adopting and executing any and all necessary updates made available by the Owner. Failure to do so may result in the Service's partial to full unavailability.
Account registration
To use the Service Users must register or sign in via Google OAuth (Google Sign-In). The Owner does not maintain native password-based accounts; authentication is delegated to Google. Users granting access via Google authorise the Owner to receive their Google account unique identifier, name, email address, profile picture URL and email-verification status, in accordance with this Website's Privacy Policy.
Failure to complete sign-in will cause unavailability of the Service.
Users are responsible for keeping the credentials of their Google account secure. The Owner is not responsible for unauthorised activity that occurs because of compromised Google credentials.
By registering, Users agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
Users are required to immediately and unambiguously inform the Owner via the contact details indicated in this document if they think their account, access credentials or personal data have been violated, unduly disclosed or stolen.
Conditions for account registration
Registration of User accounts on this Website is subject to the conditions outlined below. By registering, Users agree to meet such conditions.
- Accounts registered by bots or any other automated methods are not permitted.
- A single human or legal person may not maintain multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing rate limits, moderation, or any other control the Owner imposes.
Account termination
Users can terminate their account and stop using the Service at any time by doing the following:
- By using the tools provided for account termination on this Website.
- By directly contacting the Owner at the contact details provided in this document.
- By revoking the Owner's access to their Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Account suspension and deletion
The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete at any time and without notice User accounts that it deems inappropriate, offensive or in violation of these Terms.
The suspension or deletion of User accounts shall not entitle Users to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement.
Content on this Website
Unless where otherwise specified or clearly recognizable, all content available on this Website is owned or provided by the Owner or its licensors. This includes the user interface, documentation, the public gallery's curated templates that the Owner authors directly, and the design language of this Website.
The Owner undertakes its utmost effort to ensure that the content provided on this Website infringes no applicable legal provisions or third-party rights. However, it may not always be possible to achieve such a result.
In such cases, without prejudice to any legal prerogatives of Users to enforce their rights, Users are kindly asked to preferably report related complaints using the contact details provided in this document.
Rights regarding content on this Website — All rights reserved
The Owner holds and reserves all intellectual property rights for any such content.
Users may not, therefore, use such content in any way that is not necessary or implicit in the proper use of the Service.
Content provided by Users
The Owner allows Users to upload, share or provide their own content to this Website, in particular GTM templates and recipes submitted to the public gallery, descriptions, screenshots, and related metadata.
By providing content to this Website, Users confirm that they are legally allowed to do so and that they are not infringing any statutory provisions and/or third-party rights, including intellectual-property rights. Users specifically warrant that any submitted GTM templates or recipes:
- contain no malicious code, including but not limited to data exfiltration scripts, cryptominers, unauthorised tracking, or scripts designed to harm third parties;
- contain no third-party personal data;
- do not embed credentials, API keys, or other secrets belonging to the User or to any third party.
Rights regarding content provided by Users
By submitting templates, recipes or any other content to this Website, Users grant the Owner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and process such content as necessary to operate, promote, and develop the Service. This licence subsists for as long as the content remains on this Website. Users may withdraw their content at any time via the account tools or by contacting the Owner; the licence terminates with respect to the withdrawn content, save for cached or backed-up copies that may persist for technical reasons for a reasonable transitional period.
Users acknowledge and accept that, by uploading templates or recipes that other Users may add to their own workspaces, they grant those other Users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to install the template or recipe into Google Tag Manager containers those Users control, for the Users' own use or for clients those Users serve. Sub-licensing or redistribution of the content outside this Website is not granted.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Users waive any moral rights in connection with content they provide to this Website.
The Owner may moderate, reject, or remove templates and recipes at its discretion, and may suspend the visibility of any item pending investigation of an intellectual-property or safety concern.
Access to external resources
Through this Website Users may have access to external resources provided by third parties. Users acknowledge and accept that the Owner has no control over such resources and is therefore not responsible for their content and availability.
Conditions applicable to any resources provided by third parties, including those applicable to any possible grant of rights in content, result from each such third parties' terms and conditions or, in the absence of those, applicable statutory law.
Google Tag Manager API access
Where the Service offers the ability to install a recipe directly into a User's Google Tag Manager container, the User authorises the Owner to call the Google Tag Manager API on the User's behalf, scoped to the GTM permissions the User explicitly grants during Google sign-in (read access to containers, edit access to containers, edit access to container versions, and publish).
The Owner will only call Google APIs on the User's behalf when the User explicitly initiates an action that requires such a call (for example, an install). The Owner does not poll, mirror, or otherwise replicate the User's GTM container data.
The Owner's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Owner does not use Google user data to serve advertisements, transfer it for unrelated purposes, or permit humans to read it (other than for explicitly consented operations, security investigations, legal compliance, or aggregated/anonymised internal operations).
Users may revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation may render certain features of the Service (notably one-click GTM installation) unavailable.
Acceptable use
This Website and the Service may only be used within the scope of what they are provided for, under these Terms and applicable law.
Users are solely responsible for making sure that their use of this Website and/or the Service violates no applicable law, regulations or third-party rights.
The Owner reserves the right to take any appropriate measure to protect its legitimate interests, including denying Users access to this Website or the Service, terminating contracts, reporting any misconduct performed through this Website or the Service to the competent authorities — such as judicial or administrative authorities — whenever Users are suspected to be in violation of any laws, regulations, third-party rights and/or these Terms, including, but not limited to, by engaging in any of the following activities:
Conduct restrictions
- pretending to fulfil any possible condition or requirement for accessing this Website and/or using the Services;
- concealing their identity, stealing someone else's identity, or pretending to be or represent a third party, if not authorised by such third party;
- manipulating identifiers to disguise or otherwise conceal the origin of their messages or of the content posted;
- defaming, abusing, harassing, using threatening practices, threatening or violating the legal rights of others in any other way;
- probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of this Website, including the services or any network connected to this Website, nor breaching the security or authentication measures on this Website, including the services or any network connected to this Website;
- installing, embedding, uploading or otherwise incorporating any malware into or via this Website;
- using this Website or the technical infrastructure in an abusive, excessive or otherwise inappropriate way (for example: for spamming purposes);
- attempting to disrupt or tamper with the technical infrastructure in a manner that harms or places an undue burden on this Website or the Service;
- using the Service or any User content obtained through it to track third-party individuals without those individuals' valid legal basis (for example: deploying a recipe in a GTM container without a privacy notice, consent banner, or lawful basis that complies with applicable law);
- using the Service against any website, container, or property that the User is not authorised to administer.
Scraping
- adopting any automated process to extract, harvest or scrape information, data and/or content from this Website and all the digital properties thereto related, unless explicitly allowed to do so by the Owner;
- reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any non-open-source component of the Service.
Content restrictions

- submitting GTM templates or recipes that contain malicious code, data-exfiltration scripts, cryptominers, unauthorised tracking, or any other code designed to harm Users of this Website, end-users of the GTM containers into which such templates may be installed, or third parties;
- publishing any content or carrying out any activity that disrupts, interrupts, harms, or otherwise violates the integrity of this Website or another User's experience or devices, including spamming, distributing unauthorized advertisements, phishing, defrauding others, spreading malware or viruses, etc.
Software license
Any intellectual or industrial property rights, and any other exclusive rights on software or technical applications embedded in or related to this Website are held by the Owner and/or its licensors.
Subject to Users' compliance with and notwithstanding any divergent provision of these Terms, the Owner merely grants Users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to use the software and/or any other technical means embedded in the Service within the scope and for the purposes of this Website and the Service offered.
This license does not grant Users any rights to access, usage or disclosure of the original source code. All techniques, algorithms, and procedures contained in the software and any documentation thereto related are the Owner's or its licensors' sole property.
All rights and license grants to Users shall immediately terminate upon any termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Recipes — licence to installers
When a User adds a template from the public gallery to their workspace, or installs a recipe into a Google Tag Manager container they control, the User receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to install the template or recipe into Google Tag Manager containers that User controls, for the User's own use or for clients that User serves.
The licence does not permit Users to resell, redistribute, sublicense or republish the template or recipe outside the Service, except where the original submitter has explicitly granted such permission in writing.
Templates and recipes are provided "as is" by their submitters. The Owner moderates submissions but does not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose, compatibility with the User's container, or absence of defects.
Recipes — terms for submitters
By submitting a template or recipe to this Website's gallery, the User:
- warrants that they own the submitted content, or have all necessary rights and authorisations to upload, license, and distribute it;
- warrants the submission contains no malicious code and no third-party personal data;
- grants the Owner the licence described in "Rights regarding content provided by Users";
- grants other Users the installer licence described in "Recipes — licence to installers";
- agrees that the Owner may moderate, reject, edit metadata of, or remove the submission at the Owner's discretion;
- agrees that the Owner may remove a submission pending investigation if the Owner receives a credible intellectual-property claim or a report of malicious behaviour concerning that submission.
Beta period
The Service is currently offered as a free beta. The Owner does not charge a platform subscription. No marketplace transactions for paid templates or recipes are processed at this time.
The Owner may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time during the beta with reasonable notice.
When and if the Owner introduces paid Products (subscriptions, paid templates, premium features, or other), these Terms will be updated and Users will be presented with the updated Terms before they are charged. The updated Terms will include sections on prices, payment methods, refund and withdrawal rights, and any other commerce-specific provisions that are not in force today.
Liability and indemnification
The Service is provided to assist Users in distributing and installing tag-management configurations. The Owner does not provide legal, tax, marketing, or compliance advice through the Service. Nothing on this Website constitutes legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is established.
Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners and employees harmless from and against any claim or demand — including but not limited to lawyer's fees and costs — made by any third party due to or in relation with any culpable violation of these Terms, third-party rights or statutory provisions connected to the use of the Service by the User or its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners and employees to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
Unless otherwise explicitly stated and without prejudice to mandatory law, Users shall have no right to claim damages against the Owner (or any natural or legal person acting on its behalf).
This does not apply to damages to life, health or physical integrity, damages resulting from the breach of material contractual obligations such as any obligation strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract, and/or damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, as long as this Website has been appropriately and correctly used by the User.
Unless damages have been caused by way of intent or gross negligence, or they affect life, health or physical integrity, the Owner shall only be liable to the extent of typical and foreseeable damages at the moment the contract was entered into.
In particular, within the limits stated above, the Owner shall not be liable for:
- any loss of business opportunities and any other loss, even indirect, that may be incurred by the User (such as, but not limited to, trading losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, etc.);
- any damage, prejudice or loss occurring due to viruses or other malware contained in or connected to files available for download from the internet or via this Website. Users are responsible for implementing sufficient security measures — such as anti-viruses and firewalls to prevent any such infection or attack and for securing backup copies of all data or information exchanged via or uploaded to this Website;
- any damage or loss arising from the installation, configuration, or operation of a template or recipe in a Google Tag Manager container, including but not limited to misconfiguration, data loss, tracking inaccuracies, or non-compliance with privacy regulations.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Owner shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from interruptions or malfunctions of this Website due to events of force majeure, i.e. unforeseen and unforeseeable events and, in any case, independent of the will and beyond the control of the Owner, such as, but not limited to, failures or disruptions of telephone or electrical lines, the Internet and/or other means of transmission, unavailability of websites, strikes, natural disasters, viruses and cyber-attacks, interruptions in the delivery of products, third-party services or applications.
Australian Users — Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy which the User may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any similar state and territory legislation and which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (non-excludable right). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to the User, including liability for a breach of a non-excludable right and liability which is not otherwise excluded under these Terms, is limited, at the Owner's sole discretion, to the re-performance of the services or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
US Users — Disclaimer of Warranties
This Website is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Use of the Service is at Users' own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner expressly disclaims all conditions, representations, and warranties — whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the User from the Owner or through the Service will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Owner, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees do not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable or correct; that the Service will meet Users' requirements; that the Service will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
The Owner does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Service or any hyperlinked website or service, and the Owner shall not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between Users and third-party providers of products or services.
Federal law, some states, and other jurisdictions, do not allow the exclusion and limitations of certain implied warranties. The above exclusions may not apply to Users. This Agreement gives Users specific legal rights, and Users may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
US Users — Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Owner, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees be liable for:
- any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service;
- any damage, loss or injury resulting from hacking, tampering or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or User account or the information contained therein;
- any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;
- personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from User access to or use of the Service;
- any unauthorized access to or use of the Owner's secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein;
- any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
- any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service;
- any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service;
- the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any User or third party.
This limitation of liability section shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if the User has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to the User.
US Users — Indemnification
The User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the Owner and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees harmless from and against any and all claims or demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, including, but not limited to, legal fees and expenses, arising from:
- User's use of and access to the Service, including any data or content transmitted or received by User;
- User's violation of these Terms, including User's breach of any of the representations and warranties set forth in these Terms;
- User's violation of any third-party rights, including any right of privacy or intellectual property rights;
- User's violation of any statutory law, rule, or regulation;
- any content that is submitted from User's account, including third-party access with User's unique username, password or other security measure, including misleading, false, or inaccurate information;
- User's wilful misconduct;
- statutory provision by User or its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Common provisions
No Waiver
The Owner's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any such right or provision. No waiver shall be considered a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Precedence of terms
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a dedicated written agreement signed by both the User and the Owner, these Terms (together with any applicable formal offer or similar document issued by the Owner) exclusively govern the provision and use of the Service and shall prevail over any terms or conditions contained in, or referred to in, any purchase order, order form, general terms of purchase, request for proposal, correspondence, or other document issued by the User. Any such terms or conditions of the User are hereby expressly excluded, shall be deemed null and void, and shall not be binding on the Owner, even if:
- the Owner signs or otherwise accepts any document referring to or incorporating them; or
- the Owner begins performance, provides the Service, or accepts payment in connection with such document.
Service interruption
To ensure the best possible service level, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates or any other changes, informing the Users appropriately.
Within the limits of law, the Owner may also decide to suspend or discontinue the Service altogether. If the Service is discontinued, the Owner will cooperate with Users to enable them to withdraw personal data or information and will respect Users' rights relating to continued product use and/or compensation, as provided for by applicable law.
Additionally, the Service might not be available due to reasons outside the Owner's reasonable control, such as "force majeure" events (infrastructural breakdowns or blackouts etc.).
Service reselling
Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this Website and of its Service without the Owner's express prior written permission, granted either directly or through a legitimate reselling program.
Privacy policy
To learn more about the use of their personal data, Users may refer to the Privacy Policy of this Website.
Intellectual property rights
Without prejudice to any more specific provision of these Terms, any intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights and design rights related to this Website are the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are subject to the protection granted by applicable laws or international treaties relating to intellectual property.
All trademarks — nominal or figurative — and all other marks, trade names, service marks, word marks, illustrations, images, or logos appearing in connection with this Website are, and remain, the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are subject to the protection granted by applicable laws or international treaties related to intellectual property.
Changes to these Terms
The Owner reserves the right to amend or otherwise modify these Terms at any time. In such cases, the Owner will appropriately inform the User of these changes.
Such changes will only affect the relationship with the User from the date communicated to Users onwards.
The continued use of the Service will signify the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. If Users do not wish to be bound by the changes, they must stop using the Service and may terminate the Agreement.
If legally required, the Owner will notify Users in advance of when the modified Terms will take effect.
Assignment of contract
The Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of by novation, or subcontract any or all rights or obligations under these Terms, taking the User's legitimate interests into account. Provisions regarding changes of these Terms will apply accordingly.
Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms in any way, without the written permission of the Owner.
Contacts
All communications relating to the use of this Website must be sent using the contact information stated in this document.
Severability
Should any provision of these Terms be deemed or become invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
US Users
Any such invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted, construed and reformed to the extent reasonably required to render it valid, enforceable and consistent with its original intent. These Terms constitute the entire Agreement between Users and the Owner with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all other communications, including but not limited to all prior agreements, between the parties with respect to such subject matter. These Terms will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
EU Users
Should any provision of these Terms be or be deemed void, invalid or unenforceable, the parties shall do their best to find, in an amicable way, an agreement on valid and enforceable provisions thereby substituting the void, invalid or unenforceable parts.
In case of failure to do so, the void, invalid or unenforceable provisions shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provisions, if so permitted or stated under the applicable law.
Without prejudice to the above, the nullity, invalidity or impossibility to enforce a particular provision of these Terms shall not nullify the entire Agreement, unless the severed provisions are essential to the Agreement, or of such importance that the parties would not have entered into the contract if they had known that the provision would not be valid, or in cases where the remaining provisions would translate into an unacceptable hardship on any of the parties.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the place where the Owner is based, as disclosed in the relevant section of this document, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Prevalence of national law
However, regardless of the above, if the law of the country that the User is located in provides for higher applicable consumer protection standards, such higher standards shall prevail.
Exception for Consumers in Brazil
If the User qualifies as a Consumer in Brazil and the product and/or service is commercialized in Brazil, Brazilian law will apply.
Venue of jurisdiction
The exclusive competence to decide on any controversy resulting from or connected to these Terms lies with the courts of the place where the Owner is based, as displayed in the relevant section of this document.
Exception for Consumers in Europe
The above does not apply to any Users that qualify as European Consumers, nor to Consumers based in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland.
Exception for Consumers in Brazil
The above does not apply to Users in Brazil that qualify as Consumers.
UK Consumers
Consumers based in England and Wales may bring legal proceedings in connection with these Terms in the English and Welsh courts. Consumers based in Scotland may bring legal proceedings in connection with these Terms in either the Scottish or the English courts. Consumers based in Northern Ireland may bring legal proceedings in connection with these Terms in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
US Users
Each party specifically waives any right to trial by jury in any court in connection with any action or litigation. Any claims under these Terms shall proceed individually and no party shall join in a class action or other proceeding with or on behalf of others.
Surviving provisions (US Users)
This Agreement shall continue in effect until it is terminated by either this Website or the User. Upon termination, the provisions contained in these Terms that by their context are intended to survive termination or expiration will survive, including but not limited to the following:
- the User's grant of licenses under these Terms shall survive indefinitely;
- the User's indemnification obligations shall survive for a period of five years from the date of termination;
- the disclaimer of warranties and representations, and the stipulations under the section containing indemnity and limitation of liability provisions, shall survive indefinitely.
Dispute resolution
Online dispute resolution for Consumers
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, previously available for alternative dispute resolutions that facilitated an out-of-court method for solving disputes related to and stemming from online sale and service contracts, has been officially discontinued as of 20 July 2025, following the adoption of EU Regulation 2024/3228.
Although the platform is no longer available, Users are encouraged to reach out directly to the Owner to resolve any concerns or issues. Users are kindly asked to contact the Owner at the contact details provided in this document.
Germany: Dispute resolution procedure with Consumer conciliation boards
The Owner does not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures for Consumers under the German Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz.
France: Mediation
Within one year of submitting a written complaint to the Owner regarding any dispute stemming from these Terms, Consumers have the right to initiate a mediation procedure before any mediation body approved by the French government.
